How To Return An Item

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the candle is in the original condition and packaging. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been lit.

Return Exceptions

Candles or melts can be returned only if they are damaged upon delivery or do not match the digital proof that was approved.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
